In 1973 the English bands that came to L.A. (T-Rex, Led Zeppelin, David Bowie, The Stooges...) stayed at Hyatt House (aka Riot House). Near there were the Rainbow and the Whisky a Go-Go where the bands hung out there.
Sable Starr, her sister Corel, Lori Maddox, Queenie and Evita would all go to Rodney's English Disco on Sunset and dance, there they met Steve Currie and Mickey Finn, where Corel dated him.
